Each kilogram of powder contains:

Fosfomycin                           250 g

• Fosfuniq^®25% is used as the first choice for the prevention and treatment of Colibacillosis, Omphalitis, Salmonellosis, Infectious Coryza, Pasteurellosis, Staphylococcal arthritis, ornithobacteriosis, ulcerative and necrotic enteritis, staphylococcus and streptococcus of Broilers, breeders and turkey.
• The most sensitive bacteria to Fosfuniq^®25% are as follows:
• Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella, Citrobacter, Enterococcus, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Proteus, Pseudomonas, Clostridium, Vibrio, Aeromonas, Mycobacterium, Haemophilus, Klebsiella, Shigella, Enterobacteriaceae, Serratia and Ornithobacterium.

• • Therapeutic dose:  

  160 mg of Fosfuniq^®25% /Kg BW /Day in drinking water for 3-5 consecutive days.

  • Fosfuniq^®25% dosage calculation method:

  Amount of Fosfuniq^®25% in a day (g) =   Average body weight(Kg)× number of birds ×0.16

  • Preventive dose:

  80 mg of Fosfuniq^®25% /Kg BW /Day  in drinking water for 5-10 consecutive days.

  • Fosfuniq^®25% dosage calculation method:

  Amount of Fosfuniq^®25% in a day (g) =   Average body weight(Kg)× number of birds ×0.08

• First, dissolve the required amount of Fosfuniq^®25% in a few liters of water (18 – 22°C).
• Then add the above solution to the poultry drinking water in the morning, so that all the water containing Fosfuniq^®25% is consumed by the chickens during the first 6-8 hours of the day.
• After finishing and consuming water containing Fosfuniq^®25%, add fresh medicine-free water to the drinking water tank for the rest of the day.

• Don’t use in layers producing eggs for human consumption.
• No antagonism effect between this medicine and other water-soluble medicines or common poultry feed additives has been reported so far. Fine synergistic effects have been observed between Fosfomycin and Erythromycin, Tylvalosin, Tylosine, Ampicillin and Trimethoprim.
