Indication
It’s effective in prevention and treatment of Mycoplasma, Clostridial and Ornithobacterium infections in Broiler, Breeder, Layer and Turkey.
Dosage and Administration
-
- Prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases caused by Mycoplasma in Breeder:
- The first seven days of the breeding period: 40 mg of Tylvacare® /Kg B.W./Day in drinking water (or one 100g sachet/ 2500Kg B.W.)
- The fifth, ninth, thirteenth and seventeenth weeks of the breeding period: 24 mg of Tylvacare®/Kg B.W./Day in drinking water (or one 100g sachet/ 4200Kg B.W.)
- During the production period, every four weeks until the end of the period: 24 mg of Tylvacare®/Kg B.W./Day in drinking water (or one 100g sachet / 4200Kg B.W.)
- Prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases caused by Mycoplasma in Layer:
- The first three days of breeding period: 40 mg of Tylvacare®/ Kg B.W./Day in drinking water (or one 100g sachet / 2500Kg B.W.).
- Days 25, 26 and 27 of breeding period: 24 mg of Tylvacare®/Kg B.W./Day in drinking water (or one 100g sachet /4200Kg B.W.).
- Days 70, 71 and 72 of breeding period: 24 mg of Tylvacare®/ Kg B.W. /Day in drinking water (or one 100g sachet /4200Kg B.W.).
- Days 125, 126 and 127 of breeding period: 24 mg of Tylvacare®/Kg B.W. /Day in drinking water (or one 100g sachet/ 4200 Kg B.W.).
- During the production period, every four weeks until the end of the period: 24 mg of Tylvacare®/Kg B.W. /Day in drinking water (or one 100g sachet /4200Kg B.W.).
- Prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases caused by mycoplasma in Broiler:
- The first three days of breeding period: 40 mg of Tylvacare®/ Kg B.W./Day in drinking water (or one 100 g sachet/2500 Kg B.W.)
- Days 20, 21 and 22 of breeding period: 24 mg of Tylvacare®/ Kg W./Day in drinking water (or one 100gr sachet/4200 Kg B.W.)
Note: at the time of various types of stress, i.e. dust, cold and vaccination (especially against Newcastle and Infectious Bronchitis diseases): 24 mg of Tylvacare®/Kg B.W./Day in drinking water for 24 hours.
- Treatment of Clostridial disease in Broiler, Breeder, Layer and Turkey:
- 40 mg of Tylvacare®/Kg B.W./Day in drinking water (or one 100g sachet /2500Kg B.W.) for 3 to 4 consecutive days.
- Treatment of Ornithobacteriosis diseases (ORT) in Broiler, Breeder, Layer and Turkey:
- 40 mg of Tylvacare® /Kg B.W./Day in drinking water (or one 100g sachet/ 2500Kg B.W.) for 5 consecutive days.
Note:
- This product should be only added to the bird’s water tank in one day and no other source of drinking water should be available during treatment period.
- Dissolve the required amount of Tylvacare® in 10-15 L of water. Then add it to the main drinking water tank.
- Tylvacare® should be prepared only for one day use.
Contraindication
- None.
Withdrawal period
- Meat: 2 days.
- Eggs: It is safe to use it in laying poultry.
- Turkey: Do not use for layer turkeys producing eggs for human consumption. Do not use in turkey pullets 21 days before producing period.
Drug interaction
- None.
Storage
- Store at a temperature below 25°C (the ideal storage temperature is 15-25°C), in a dry place and away from direct sunlight.
- Use by date after initial opening of primary packaging – 5 weeks.
- Use within 24 hrs. after adding to drinking water.
- Keep the lid of the sachet closed.
Precaution
- Use under supervision of a veterinarian.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Direct contact with eyes, skin and mouth should be avoided and protective equipment should be worn.
- Skin, eyes and basal membranes that has been in contact with Tylvacare® should be washed with plenty of water.
Environmental Consideration
- Avoid release to the environment.
- Dispose in a safe manner in accordance with local regulations.
