Doxiniq 50%®

Each kilogram of powder contains:

Doxycycline (Hyclate)                  577 g

(Equivalent to 500 g Doxycycline base)

Broiler, Breeder, Layer pullet and Turkey

Doxiniq^® 50% is effective against respiratory and gastrointestinal infections caused by micro-organisms sensitive to doxycycline, like E.coli, Salmonella, Mycoplasma, Pasteurella, Bordetella, Streptococcus, Campylobacter and Haemophilus spp and Enteritis caused by Clostridium perfringens and Clostridium colinum.

20-25 mg of Doxycycline hyclate/ Kg BW /day, corresponding to 40-50 mg of Doxiniq^® 50% /Kg BW for 3-5 consecutive days

Broiler, Breeder and Layer pullet: 200-400 g of Doxiniq^® 50% / 1000 L of D.W. for 3-5 consecutive days

Turkey: 250-500 g of Doxiniq^® 50% / 1000 L of D.W. for 3-5 consecutive days

Note:

• First dissolve prescribed dose in 20 L of drinking water then add it to the main drinking water tank.
• Prepare a fresh solution daily.
• Medicated water must be used within 24 hours.
• During the treatment period, animals should not have access to any other source of drinking water other than the medicated water. It should be ensured that animals always have sufficient water available.
• Dosage and duration should be prescribed by a veterinarian.

• Do not use in layers producing eggs for human consumption.
• Do not administer to birds with renal or hepatic disfunction.

Broiler meat: 4 days

Turkey meat: 12 days

• Do not use in conjunction with bactericidal antibiotics like Penicillins, Cephalosporins and Aminoglycosides.
• Doxycycline can chelate cations (Aluminum, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Manganese and Iron) and this may lead to decrease bioavailability.
• Under supervision of a veterinarian, Doxycycline can be used concomitantly with Tylosin, Colistin, Sulfonamides and Florfenicol.

• Keep it in room temperature, in a dry place and away from direct sunlight.
• Keep the sachet closed.

• Use under supervision of a veterinarian.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Avoid direct contact with eyes, skin and mouth.
• Wear protective equipment (Glasses, mask and gloves) while using product.
• Skin, eyes and basal membranes that have been in contact with Doxiniq^® 50% should be washed with plenty of water.

• Avoid release to the environment.
• Dispose in a safe manner in accordance with local regulations.
